Return Process

  Ensure that the products are in their original packaging, sealed, and unused to qualify for a full refund or exchange.

  Once approved, we will dispatch a courier to your location within 3-5 business days to collect the items from your doorstep.

  Refund Processing

  After we receive and verify the returned items at our warehouse, your refund will be processed via your original payment method or as a store credit.
