What is the standard delivery time within Egypt?
Orders within Cairo and Giza are typically delivered within 2-3 business days. For other governorates, please allow 4-6 business days for your beauty essentials to arrive.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Cash on Delivery (COD) for all orders within Egypt, as well as secure online payments via Visa, Mastercard, and Valu.
Are MOOD products cruelty-free?
Yes, we are committed to ethical beauty. All MOOD Egypt products are 100% cruelty-free and are never tested on animals.
Can I return or exchange a product?
Due to the nature of beauty and personal care products, we only accept returns or exchanges for items that arrive damaged or defective. Please contact our support team within 48 hours of delivery if you encounter an issue.
How can I track my order status?
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation SMS and email containing a tracking number and a link to monitor your shipment's progress.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, MOOD Egypt exclusively ships within the Arab Republic of Egypt. We are working on expanding our reach to international beauty lovers soon.
